CHECK The CHECK step is for thinking about work and planning habits. Use this strategy to prioritize: 1. Need or want? Finish stuff you need to do first. 2. Easy or hard? Do the hard stuff before easy tasks. 3. Tomorrow or next week? Do tasks for tomorrow after tasks for today. 4. Big or small? Break down big stuff into little pieces. Problem# 1 Problem#2 Set goals!
