A: All orders placed by February 3, 2025, will arrive no later than February 17, 2025.
Q: How will I receive my digital files?
A: If you purchase the kit online, a link will be sent to you by email with the downloadable files as soon as your order is finalized. You will also receive a printed card along with your fabric banner. This card will include a link and a QR code directing you to a page with your digital files. If you lose the card or the email, no worries! Contact us by email, phone, or chat, and we will ensure you regain access to your materials without any hassle.
