The Wellness Activity Book

With over 100 creative, hands-on activities, The Wellness Activity Book helps students in grades 2-5 get started on one of the most important projects they'll ever undertake--their mental wellness. Cam the Calm-meleon, the book's energetic main character, guides students through wellness information, coping strategies, crafts, challenges, and activities, ensuring learning about mental wellness is informative, meaningful, and fun.
